The three steps

One screen, three decisions.

• Write the lyrics in Portuguese, with accents. Section tags stay in English ([Verse 1], [Chorus]); the lines are Portuguese exactly as you would write them, ã, ç and é included.
• Describe the style. 'Brazilian pop with bossa nova touches, soft female vocal, nylon guitar, light percussion, 100 bpm, breezy' produced the song above. Portuguese descriptions work as well as English ones.
• Press Create and check the preview. Lyrics and a stream appear about half a minute in; two finished takes land two to four minutes later.

What we made, and how

Varanda de Verão was made on 10 September 2026 from twenty lines we wrote ourselves: two verses about a summer balcony and a chorus that repeats word for word. It came back in about 70 seconds and runs 1:39; nothing was edited afterwards.

The lines are short and the chorus opens on the hook, 'Fica mais um pouco', twice per chorus, so it is heard four times in the song. Keeping lines to eight or ten syllables is what stops Portuguese from being rushed; a long line with three verbs will be compressed and the stresses will move.

Styles that come out well

Name the genre and its instruments in the style line:

• Sertanejo: 'sertanejo universitário, accordion and viola caipira, male duet feel, 120 bpm, upbeat'.
• MPB / bossa nova: 'MPB with bossa nova guitar, soft female vocal, brushed drums, 95 bpm, warm'.
• Pagode / samba: 'pagode, cavaquinho and pandeiro, cheerful male vocal, 100 bpm'.
• Funk carioca: 'funk carioca, heavy tamborzão beat, confident female vocal, 130 bpm'.
• Fado (European): 'fado, Portuguese guitar, melancholic female vocal, slow, intimate'.

Do not name real artists; briefs that do are declined before generation. Describe the voice and the instruments instead.

Brazil or Portugal?

The singer follows your words. Brazilian vocabulary and 'você' read as Brazil; 'tu' with European spellings and words like 'miúdo' or 'gira' read as Portugal. Add 'Brazilian' or 'European Portuguese' to the style line when it matters. Because Brazilian Portuguese dominates what the engine has heard, a European accent is less consistent; check the preview and keep the take that sounds right.

Simple mode: write the description in Portuguese

If you would rather describe than write lyrics, write the description in Portuguese ('uma música alegre para o aniversário da minha mãe, voz feminina, sertanejo') and the lyrics will be written in Portuguese.
