Can I use Tunely songs commercially?
Yes, on Pro or Ultra: every song in a paid member's library is licensed for commercial use, including songs first made on the free plan. The licence is worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and non-exclusive, so you can sell, monetize, publish and sync the songs, and each song has a certificate with its own licence code. The certificate stays valid after the plan ends. Songs on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Questions people ask
Can I put my songs on streaming services, YouTube or TikTok?
On Pro or Ultra, yes. The licence lets you distribute a song on streaming and social platforms and keep what it earns, and sync it with video, including YouTube, TikTok, Reels, ads, films, games and podcasts. Where a platform or the law requires it, say that the track was made with AI.
I made a song on the free plan. Can I use it commercially later?
Yes. Once you're on Pro or Ultra, the licence covers every song already in your library, and the song's certificate appears in its menu under Commercial license.
Does buying a song's MP3 for $1.99 include commercial rights?
No. The $1.99 purchase keeps that song's MP3 on the free plan, and free-plan songs are licensed for personal use. Commercial rights come with Pro or Ultra.
What happens to the licence if I cancel?
It stays valid: the licence doesn't expire when you change or cancel your plan. The certificate prints or saves as a PDF, so you can keep a copy and send it to a platform or client.
Is every song unique, and can I register its copyright?
As with all generative audio, Tunely can't guarantee that a song is wholly unique, and AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction. You use the songs on that basis.
